Event Description:
April is Limb Loss and Limb Difference Awareness Month.  Excel Rehab Services is working in conjunction with No Problem Raceway and Freedom Prosthetics to bring this Amputee Experience to our community!  Amputees are an under represented group in the community.  Our goal is two fold.  It's to increase awareness of this population in our communities and the hardships they face  and their resilience, and to give our amputees an experience of a lifetime!  It is for any amputee 18 and older.  If you know of any amputees that have questions or that may want to be a part of this experience, have them call me to register at 225-644-0290 and ask for Kristi.  Registration is Required.

The Throttle UP Experience will take place at the No Problem Raceway located in Belle Rose, LA.  The address is 6470 Highway 996, Belle Rose, LA 70341
Date/Time Information:
The Throttle UP Experience will start at 1:00pm.  We will have an agenda, starting with a meet and greet.  Participants will receive t-shirts, meet the professional drivers, learn about the cars and go over safety, and receive a meal as well.  Then the order will be determined and they will take turns with the rides.  The length of time depends on how many participants and things going according to schedule.
