ISO27001 Information Security Management System Expert

Looking for a part time expert in Information Management Systems that can help me build an IT management system framework (policies and procedures) for ISO27001 compliance. This is for a lucrative contract with a young energy company out of Houston. The work would be remote, and the pay is negotiable.
